Welcome to FGKLogistics! As a wholesale business, FGKLogistics (“we” or “us”) understands that some products will turn out wrong and thus have to be returned. This Return Policy explains what returns are, what we accept, and what to do in situations like this when you purchase a product from our website (“Site”) or use our services.

1. Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase from FGKLogistics! If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return most unused items for a refund or exchange within 7 days of your purchase date.

1.1. What Cannot Be Returned?

• Some items may be excluded from returns or exchanges. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened products.

1.2. How To Return An Item:

1. Contact us at fngfabrics2017@gmail.com or 678-668-0159 to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Having an RAN helps us process your return faster.

2. Include the RAN in the package with your returning item(s). This will also help us track your return.

3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can be sure we receive your return.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to make sure they meet the return conditions.

• If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.

3. Shipping Costs

• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance to protect your return.

• Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

4. Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return instructions above.

• Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the new item to you free of charge.
